Support Your Hope Center's School-Based Program on CO Gives Day! In partnership with Eagle County School District and independent schools, Your Hope Center's school-based clinicians provide walk-in therapeutic services for children and teens in 18 schools in the Eagle River Valley.

In sixth grade, my daughter began struggling emotionally, and by the middle of that year, was demonstrating suicidal ideation. Eventually, she shared with a friend that she had a plan to kill herself. The Hope Center in conjunction with her school leaped into action, making a safety plan and setting up counseling. She started meeting the counselor weekly. Now, in seventh grade, she still combats depression and anxiety, but the Hope Center has remained by her side, walking her and our family through this difficult time, giving us tools and providing her with a safe space. If it were not for the Hope Center, I am not sure what would have happened to our daughter. I credit the Hope Center for saving her life. They are an indispensable part of our school and our community.
In collaboration with our community partners, Your Hope Center connects individuals in need to immediate clinical support to promote stability, resiliency, and hope.
Your Hope Center has served the Eagle River Valley since October of 2018 through two separate programs: crisis intervention provided by a mobile crisis co-response team and school-based clinical services for students provided by mental health clinicians. We work directly with schools, law enforcement, paramedics, the detention facility, the hospital, our elderly population, and those struggling with substance abuse and mental health concerns, as well as any individuals in crisis.
