Women’s World On Wheels (Women’s WOW) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering female wheelchair users through transformative camp-based experiences. Our flagship programming revolves around immersive camps that support emotional wellness, foster community, and serve as launchpads for physical, professional, social and personal growth. Through these camps, we create safe, adventurous, and inspiring environments where women can explore their full potential and embrace all life has to offer.
We host an annual summer camp that encourages women wheelchair users to reach their goals through recreational activities, workshop events, and community building. In 2026, we are also introducing a new Winter Camp! With your help, we can give hope for the future of women wheelchair users.
Women's World On Wheels (WWOW) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing camp-based experiences that serve as building blocks for women wheelchair users, catalyzing growth in their physical, professional, and personal lives.
At the heart of Women's WOW is our signature summer camp, held in the picturesque town of Empire, Colorado. This transformative experience offers an array of activities designed to push boundaries and build confidence.
Due to overwhelming demand, we are thrilled to announce our first Winter Camp in 2026!
