Over the years, we have provided more than $50 million in philanthropic support, funding hospital expansions and renovations at North Colorado Medical Center, technological upgrades to enhance patient care, educational opportunities for staff, and patient support funds to ease financial burdens. We have also invested in scholarships for future healthcare professionals and vital community programs, including Bright Futures, the Curtis Strong Center for the Visually Impaired, Heart Safe City initiative, Monfort Children’s Clinic, and the Will Rothman Family Chaplaincy.

We also support health and education-focused nonprofits in Weld County by partnering to give them the tools and resources they need to increase their capacity.

Giving Opportunities:
The Weld Legacy Foundation is committed to providing support that focuses necessary philanthropy behind compelling initiatives such as Bright Futures; Curtis Strong Center for the Visually Impaired; Heart Safe City; Monfort Children’s Clinic; Patient Support Funds; and the Will Rothman Family Chaplaincy.

"The Weld Legacy Foundation has a long-standing history of supporting health and education initiatives throughout our community. Thanks to our generous donors, the Foundation provides continuing education opportunities for healthcare staff, supports Bright Futures, a Weld County workforce initiative that offers scholarships which open doors for local students, and supports qualifying patients with essential living expenses while they undergo treatment at North Colorado Medical Center. I am honored to serve on the Weld Legacy Foundation Board and help strengthen the programs that improve lives and expand opportunities in our community."

- Tom Grant, Weld Legacy Foundation Board Chair
