Currently, we’re completing our flagship program, Working Fusion at Mill Street, a tiny home village for young adults.
Working Fusion at Mill Street is a neighborhood community that fortifies motivated young adults to create lives of purpose and sustainable independence.
By providing dignified housing, accessible support services, and an inspiring peer community, Working Fusion becomes a partner in creating a clear path forward for young adults who have experienced economic challenges.
With a deep respect for each person’s inherent worth, potential, and desire for self-sufficiency, Working Fusion offers compassionate guidance, tenacious encouragement, and caring accountability.
In order to build a healthy and sustainable community and address the housing priorities of the City of Colorado Springs and the surrounding community, We Fortify was created in late 2019. We Fortify’s Working Fusion at Mill Street program is a first-of-its kind housing initiative in Colorado Springs, CO, providing dignified housing with 18 stand alone tiny homes and wrap-around trauma-informed services.
We exist to pivot vulnerable young adults, (between the ages of 18-25), who are housing insecure into a state of economic/emotional stability and social connectedness

Our goal is to raise 400k by December 24, 2022. This will allow us to complete our infrastructure, operations, and programming requirements. So what does this look like? Individuals and corporations who give gifts of $250 or more qualify for Enterprise Zone tax credits.
