You cannot rescue someone from their grief but you can walk alongside them through it. Our goal is to equip families who have lost an infant with the tools necessary to encourage their journey of healing by utilizing programs that help create community, promote remembrance and encourage hope.

Walk With Me stepped into my life during the darkest time I have ever experienced, when my husband and I lost our precious twins to premature labor. The founders of WWM welcomed us into a safe and loving community of grieving families, and being a part of that community has helped us heal and not feel so alone in our pain. They paid for us to see counselors, gave us gift cards to go out on date nights, and provided plenty of events where we could to gather and honor our children. They offer other vital services to families based on their individual needs. Walk With Me walked into our lives during possibly one of the darkest times we've experienced! My husband and I lost our very first baby girl to a unknown heart condition that took her life within just a couple hours! The founders of WWM welcomed us into their safe and loving arms instantly and connected us with a community of other bereaved and grieving families. This is a group we never wanted to be a part of but in turn has helped us heal and not feel so alone in our pain and journey! "WALK WITH ME IS DEVOTED TO GIVING PRACTICAL, FINANCIAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO FAMILIES WHO ARE LEARNING TO LIVE IN THE WAKE OF THEIR CHILD'S DEATH PRIOR TO OR SHORTLY AFTER BIRTH. IT IS OUR MISSION TO PROVIDE REFUGE FOR GRIEVING FAMILIES AND HELP THEM BREAK THROUGH BARRIERS THAT STAND IN THE WAY OF HOPE."
Background Statement
After losing their first born son Logan to a terminal disorder in 2012, The Stewart Family felt called to love on other families in their community experiencing the same devastating loss. Thus Walk With Me was born three years later. We offer families access to a variety of programs that we feel are vital to the healing process. These programs include keepsake creation assistance, funeral assistance, counseling assistance, support groups, compassion families, memorial gifts and a variety of events. Also knowing how loved and important Labor and Delivery teams are to bereaved families during their losses, we strive to support local hospitals and their staff through the donation of Cuddle Cot units, keepsake kits and bereavement training assistance when requested. Currently we are honored to have helped over 100 families and work with 16 local hospitals. We feel so incredibly blessed to have been given such an amazing opportunity to make an impact on the infant loss community and to be surrounded by an outstanding family of supporters who have encouraged us every step of the way.
