To empower each of us to take ownership in the food cycle to restore our earth, our communities, and ourselves.
Background Statement
Vindeket has been operating and serving the Northern Colorado community for over 6 years. We've received support from numerous non-profits, businesses, and other community partners. We are grateful to have a strong and consistent base of volunteers who show up every week and are passionate about rescuing food and serving people. We've seen the numbers of new participants increase steadily over the years. We have rescued just under 5 million pounds of food which has served hundreds of thousands of people!
