Contributions to the Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation help us to support initiatives focused on creating attainable housing solutions for all. VBRF works in collaboration with community organizations to cultivate housing opportunities for all Eagle County residents.

The Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation (VBRF) was established in 1996 to help promote community efforts for the Vail Board of Realtors®. VBRF supports initiatives focused on creating attainable housing solutions for all, works in collaboration with community organizations to cultivate housing opportunity for all Eagle County residents, and provides assistance to our members in need.
VBRF awards grants to nonprofit organizations that serve the Eagle County community and align with VBRF's mission of providing housing or housing funds for our community.
In 2025, $16,500 was awarded to three nonprofits: Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley, Swift Eagle Charitable Foundation, Vail Valley Mountain Trails Alliance.
In 2024, $26,500 was awarded to five nonprofit organizations: Bright Future Foundation, Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley, Vail Valley Salvation Army Vail, Swift Eagle Charitable Foundation, Vail Valley Mountain Trails Alliance.
