Uptown Community Health Center provides high-quality care for patients in every stage of life - from newborns to aging adults. Every individual and family is welcome, whether they have Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, or need assistance with healthcare costs, ensuring no one is turned away, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Uptown's four specialized care teams work together in one central location to see each patient as a whole person, not just a chart. In 2025, Uptown reached 10,831 patients through 44,400 visits.
As of March 1, 2025, Uptown is designated as Denver's newest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike. FQHC is a designation for outpatient clinics that provide primary care services in underserved areas. As a FQHC Look-Alike, Uptown is held to higher standards for quality and accountability than many other healthcare organizations, with well-trained providers committed to delivering the very best care to every patient, at every visit. Through rigorous standards and a wide range of services including whole-family primary care, geriatric/elder care, women's health and midwifery, chronic condition management, pediatrics, preventive care, and integrated behavioral health, Uptown Community Health Center ensures each patient receives the best care possible - now and for generations to come.
