At True North Polaris House, we provide young adults aging out of the foster care system with a safe and supportive home as they transition into independence. Located in Boulder County, our mission is to empower residents to achieve financial stability, develop essential life skills, and build the confidence needed to thrive on their own.

For over 20 years, Polaris House has been a beacon of hope for vulnerable youth in Boulder County. From our roots as a group home to our evolution as True North Polaris House, we’ve helped hundreds of young adults find stability and success.

Mission

True North Polaris House provides transitional housing and resources for young adults aging out of foster care or who have experienced homelessness, setting them up for success through personalized support, life skills training, and financial readiness.

At True North Polaris House, our mission is to empower young adults in Boulder County to transition from surviving to thriving, becoming self-sufficient individuals and positive contributors to their community. We provide a structured environment where residents can set and achieve their own goals, break unhealthy family cycles, and create a new narrative for their lives. We rally the community to offer opportunities and resources for these young adults to flourish.
