PROGRAM GOALS

1. MASTERY OF SKILL
Deep-dive learning experiences through a spiral curriculum, and includes 📖research-based, age-appropriate, and character-building activities. 

2. SHARPEN SOCIAL SKILLS
Members will grow healthy, meaningful relationships and lifelong skills to take with them 👣wherever they go. Increased self-awareness, understanding and managing emotions, and respectful engagement with others.

3. LOVE OF LEARNING
Through 💪hands-on and experiential learning, our members will be curating innate passions and life skills. Empowered with a growth mindset, they'll embrace mistakes, risks, and challenges, propelling a love of learning.

4. NATURE BOUND
Be out in nature 🌎 with experienced and knowledgeable Adventure Guides. Sharpen observations, and grow an appreciation and pride in stewardship of our environment.

5. DEVELOP AND PRACTICE
self-confidence, problem-solving, communication📣 tools, judgement/decision making skills, risk management and assessment, development of creativity,🤩 leadership, and teamwork.

6. SERVICE TO OTHERS
Members will uphold and work to enrich the standards of our community by developing initiative as contributors who look for how they can encourage and strengthen environments they are in. We'll encourage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve problems and create value through an empathetic, generous and giving spirit.
