Smedley Memorial Fund® is Toastmasters International’s official fund, and in accordance with Internal Revenue Service guidelines, Toastmasters International maintains sole discretion and control over the use of all donated funds. Any donation made to Toastmasters International® on this page is contributed directly to the Ralph C. Smedley Memorial Fund®. Donations labeled as “restricted use” by the donor (i.e., including but not limited to donations designated to specific Districts or Clubs, etc.), will not be used or distributed according to your specifications. The funds will be allocated directly to the Ralph C. Smedley Memorial Fund®. Therefore, donors contributing funds on this page explicitly release Toastmasters International® from any restrictions they may have placed on the donation and agree to their donation being contributed directly to the Ralph C. Smedley Memorial Fund®. All donations are non-refundable.
