Thrive trains and coaches job seekers to overcome barriers and secure a stable job so they can become self-sufficient.
Thrive began in 2014 as an initiative of Flatirons Community Church to help individuals in poverty gain stable employment. Inspired by the successful Cincinnati Works model, Thrive started by helping job seekers gain the skills and certifications needed for higher-paying jobs. Over time, we expanded to offer employment coaching and training.
In 2023, Thrive entered a new chapter of leadership, and expanded in 2024 with online training and combined operations with Denver-based Snap2Jobs. Today, Thrive continues to walk alongside individuals who are unemployed and living below 30% of the area median income—helping them meet basic needs, secure employment, and build lasting self-sufficiency.
