Each year, Thrive helps Coloradans move from unemployment to living-wage work.
We serve extremely low-income job seekers, many who face significant barriers to employment, such as criminal backgrounds, housing instability, or single parenthood. Through job readiness training, employment coaching, and a lifelong peer support network, we help participants overcome obstacles, achieve professional goals, and build stable, independent lives.

Thrive trains and coaches extremely low-income job seekers to overcome barriers and secure a stable job so they can become self-sufficient.
Thrive was founded in 2014 to help individuals in poverty gain stable employment. Inspired by the successful Cincinnati Works model, Thrive started by helping job seekers gain the skills and certifications needed for higher-paying jobs. Over time, we expanded to offer employment coaching and training.
In 2024, launched online training to reach more job seekers. Today, we continue to walk alongside individuals who are unemployed and living below 30% of the area median income, helping them gain confidence, secure employment, and build lasting self-sufficiency.
