Thrive Networks works to break these cycles by offering culturally specific programs that address these challenges directly. Recognizing that economic development is not just about jobs but about creating environments where individuals can develop confidence, skills, and resilience, the organization ensures that its services are tailored to meet the unique needs of these communities, particularly communities of color.
We achieve this goal by offering a FREE 8 week personal development class to teach individuals how to improve in various topics such as communication, emotional resilience, time management, personal finances, and leadership development. Our other FREE program teaches those within communities to see their problems as economic opportunities, and providing a framework to launch small businesses to address those needs.

This unique origin story highlights the importance of recognizing potential in every individual, no matter their past, and demonstrates how one person’s journey of redemption can inspire and uplift entire communities.
