The Haven Impact exists to ensure children in foster care feel loved and to encourage the retention of foster parents. We do this by providing unwavering support for these families to thrive- delivering immediate relief, practical support, and heartfelt encouragement when they need it most.
Haven Clothing was opened in 2022 after seeing an unmet need in the foster care community. It operated out of YWAM-Denver during that first year. In 2023 Haven was transferred to Harbor Church and later that same year was approved as an independent 501(c)(3).
At the end of 2024, Haven moved into a bigger and brighter space. This has allowed us to grow and serve more families than ever before!
In early 2025, Haven changed its logo and name to The Haven Impact to show that we offer much more than clothes, and to express the ripple effect our impact has on the families and children we serve.
On June 10, 2025 The Haven Impact was awarded the Children's Champion Award from the Triad Early Childhood Council. We are so honored to receive this recognition! We know that this award is not just for our team though, it's for the foster parents who open their hearts and homes again and again, the case workers who work tirelessly behind the scenes, and for every child who reminds us why this work matters.
