CELEBRATING 40 YEARS OF WORLD CLASS THEATRE IN THE ROARING FORK VALLEY!

Mission

Our mission is to produce world-class entertainment and arts education programming in an engaging, intimate, and personal way. Theatre Aspen aims to educate the next generation of theatre artists and enthusiasts through our growing year-round education programming and through our partnership with the Aspen School District.

World Class Theatre. Dramatically Closer.

Background Statement

Since its inception nearly three decades ago, the Theatre Aspen Education program has lived up to its motto “no child should be denied access to our programming because of a family’s limited resources.” We ask you to help us continue that commitment with a gift that will allow another family to share in the rewards of an education in the arts.

Our students, teachers, and audiences constantly reaffirm our belief that theatre continues to be vital to the human spirit. As we plan for 2024, we look to you to help us build a strong foundation for the future of Theatre Aspen’s educational programming.

Theatre Aspen’s education department is expanding its offerings for all ages. Our education team now serves three different Western Slope school districts with in-class and afterschool programming, including a new initiative for underserved youth at Bea Underwood Elementary in Parachute. In 2024, we look forward to another year of classes, productions, programming, and workshops for all children.
