BBB Business and Consumer Foundation (BBBF) is the 501(c)(3) social impact arm of BBB Great West + Pacific, the largest Better Business Bureau in North America. BBBF operates as its own independent organization, and BBB Accreditation fees do not directly fund Foundation programs. Our work is made possible through donations, sponsorships, grants, and community investment.

Our flagship program, Restoring Trust, helps Colorado families recover after devastating contractor fraud by connecting them with trustworthy businesses that donate labor, materials, and more to help rebuild what was lost. In doing so, we restore more than homes: we help restore confidence in good business and the power of community.

Through our Torch Awards for Ethics and Spark Awards for Entrepreneurship, we also celebrate businesses that lead with integrity. Many of these businesses are the same ones who support Restoring Trust and give back directly to people in need, creating a powerful connection between recognizing ethical business and putting those values into action.

Mission

BBB Foundation works to create safer, smarter marketplaces by celebrating trustworthy businesses, protecting consumers and restoring trust in our communities.
