TEF is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization that raises money to invest in the enrichment of K-12 education in the Telluride School District.
TEF Supports:
STUDENTS – experiential education in and out of the classroom
TEACHERS & STAFF – cost-of-living expenses and appreciation to encourage retention
COMMUNITY – social-emotional education (films & speakers)
TEF has a budget deficit due to increased demand for our programming.
FUND A NEED - examples of what your donations could be used for:
$5000 - teacher housing (retention)
$2500 - student experiential education (field trips, books, STEAM projects, etc)
$1000 - teacher professional development (additional certifications & licenses)
$500 - student social events to build connections & community (post-homecoming party, movie nights, skating parties)
$150 - teacher cost-of-living support (commuting, childcare)
