Team Up unites and supports local organizations and individuals in addressing community-identified needs to help people thrive in Southwest Colorado.
Team Up's history of service to residents of Southwest Colorado began in 1972. Over the past 54 years, Team Up has helped tens of thousands of local citizens who were in need through the work of our Community Partner Agencies. Team Up continues to coordinate our partner agencies towards community level change goals in Education, Financial Stability, and Health. Today, Team Up serves the five counties of Southwest Colorado -- Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma and San Juan Counties. Donations made to Team Up stay 100% local so that donors are supporting efforts and causes in their own community. Over the past decade, Team Up has generated over $15 million for Southwest Colorado. We focus on collaborative efforts and help break down silos that interfere with positive community change.
