Our Mission

Teach by Tech empowers adult refugees and immigrants in the Denver metro area through digital literacy, workforce development, and vocational training. We provide the skills, confidence, and resources necessary to secure meaningful employment, achieve economic stability, and integrate fully into their communities.

Why We Exist

Many newcomers arrive in Colorado with strong motivation and experience, yet face barriers such as language gaps, lack of recognized credentials, limited access to technology, and unfamiliarity with workforce systems. Teach by Tech bridges these gaps by providing holistic, culturally responsive education and hands-on career training.

Our Programs

1. Construction Career Pathways

• NCCER-accredited pre-apprenticeship 

• OSHA-10 and workplace safety training

• Skills in carpentry, use of hand and power tools, electrical basics, and blueprint reading

• Support for job placement 

2. Digital Literacy & Workforce Readiness

• Google Suite, email, and online job applications

• Online safety, communication, and productivity skills

• Resume building, interview prep, and career coaching
