Here, children, adults, veterans, and families of all abilities and backgrounds can experience the calm of gentle horses, the laughter of barnyard moments, and the sense of purpose that comes from being a part of something real.
We are a medical family, a military family, and a family of unique needs. We started our ranch to benefit our children. Our children needed an opportunity to grow, learn, and explore in ways most children don't get to experience. If it was successful for our children, why not share?

Defining Sensory
"Sensory" is an adjective that pertains to anything related to our senses and the process of sensation. Our traditional senses – sight, hearing, touch, – as well as other internal senses like proprioception (body awareness) and the vestibular sense (balance). When we talk about a "sensory experience," we're referring to how we perceive and interact with the world through these various channels, such as the sight of a rainbow, the feel of soft wool, or the sound of the wind. In a biological context, sensory also describes the nerves and pathways that carry information from our sensory organs to our brain for interpretation, enabling us to understand and respond to our environment.
