Swigert PTA

Swigert International is a nonprofit organization that expects to raise $250,000 each year to fund programs and provide supplies that the school could not otherwise afford. This money supports our IB Program, paraprofessional salaries, as well as other school funded programs.

Swigert has been an inclusive, academically stimulating school for my three children. They have all grown to become stewards of change, more worldly, learning from a young age that they are a part of a bigger picture. They realize from their studies that there is a city, a state, a country and world all bigger than Swigert, but that they have what it takes to make change and be the change. This has been taught through the IB Curriculum all while pushing their academic studies to the maximum. My family and I could not be more thrilled that we are able to send our children to a public school that places importance in all the right places, where our children feel safe to learn and to know that they are a part of a community.
