The Steamboat Symphony Orchestra is proud to celebrate its 34th Anniversary Season!
Founded in 1991 by retired principal flutist Mary Beth Norris as a small community orchestra, the SSO has grown into a full-sized symphony presenting four major productions each year, along with robust education programs and community outreach initiatives.
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to artistic excellence and a passion for inspiring the next generation of musicians — performing, mentoring, and growing together through the shared joy of music.
