Imagine having to make the painful decision between caring for your family or seeking basic health care for your beloved pet?

No one should ever have to make this painful choice. Pets should not be denied basic and essential vet care due to financial constraints, but the reality is there are thousands of families in the Denver Metro area who live with this burden daily. We want to change that!

Our Spay It Forward program supports local pets in need and supports individuals and families make the best choices for their pets, despite financial hardship. This program helps by eliminating the stress and burden of financial hardship for pet owners by providing subsidies so pet parents can obtain essential vet care for their beloved pets.

The program offers clients up to 100% subsidies on spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, and microchips for their pets.  Our subsidized surgeries include pain management medications, neck collars, and other necessary items to prevent injuries/complications, ensuring pets have the best possible outcome and stay healthy for life.

Spay/neuter services are the most effective way of controlling animal overpopulation. Eliminating this worry and burden on an already stressed population alleviates potential suffering for both pets and people.

Mission

SpayToday's mission is to end animal suffering, neglect, and homelessness. We are committed to supporting and keeping pets healthy and safe in homes with the people who love them.

We achieve our mission by:

Providing a safe and effective sterilization program, serving vulnerable populations, and targeting income-qualified families that could not otherwise afford to have their pets spayed/neutered.

Recognizing that the human-animal bond is more than just a theory. This meaningful connection plays a critical role in the physical, mental, and emotional health of people who own companion animals and is a vital component of a healthy community. Be sure to check out our latest video under the media tab to learn more about this!

Providing no-cost and low-cost options for basic but essential vet care to individuals and families in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas who cannot afford to obtain these services due to financial constraints.

Working closely with animal rescues to reduce animal shelter intake by providing high-quality, low-cost, spay/neuter surgeries in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas.

Working closely with local animal control agencies to combat pet overpopulation, increase pet safety through licensing and microchips and ensure pet health through public education and vaccination programs.

Working closely with other pet advocacy organizations to empower pet parents by removing the barriers that they face, that prevent them from fully providing care for their four-legged family members.

Fostering an inclusive, positive, and compassionate attitude toward all people and animals, treating them with dignity and respect as we would treat our own family.
