Ashley Cox, Founder and Executive Director of Seventh Day Rest, is a Licensed Master Social Worker(LMSW) and certified Therapeutic Coach in the state of Colorado. With twelve years of experience as a caseworker in private adoptions, foster care, and kinship care, Ashley has gained invaluable insight into the challenges faced by families in these systems. It was through these experiences she identified significant gaps in support services, and this became the driving force behind the mission and services of Seventh Day Rest.
