Samuels Elementary school is a neighborhood school located in Southeast Denver. At Samuels Elementary, we inspire each child to pursue limitless opportunities that will launch him, her, or them to make a once unimaginable impact on our world. In order to further prepare students for the future, we partnered with Campos EPC to create our STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology and Math) Lab. At Samuels we are focused on the wellbeing of every student. Social-Emotional Learning is a priority! Your child can take a deep breath in our classrooms' Mindfulness Corner or our school's Wellness Center. Your child can also access support from full-time school psychologist, our school-based therapist, or our Wellness Coordinator. Kids also thrive in our expansive outdoor learning spaces which include our Community Garden and Learning Landscape.
Mission
The mission of the Samuels Elementary Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is to foster a strong partnership between parents, teachers, and the community to create an enriching and supportive environment for all students. We are committed to promoting educational excellence, enhancing school programs, and advocating for the needs of our children. Through collaboration, fundraising, and volunteering, we aim to support the growth and development of every student, celebrate diversity, and provide a welcoming and inclusive space for families to be involved in their child’s education. Together, we strive to inspire a love of learning, build lasting connections, and empower our school community to thrive.
