Salud Family Health

Salud Family Health is a 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center providing medical, dental, pharmacy and behavioral health care services in north central and northeastern Colorado. Salud focuses on low-income, medically underserved populations and seasonal farmworker population.
