Salty and Lit Foundation offers resources, support, and outdoor adventure to woman who are seeking freedom from addiction and wanting to live her best life! We were created to lock arms with one another and build community in recovery. We do this by offering hope through shared experience and lifting one another to rise to her truest self.
Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of women who struggle with addiction and to make recovery possible in a safe, structured, and healing home.
