Unleash the Power of STEM!
STEM Generation is dedicated to empowering under-recognized students in high-needs schools through STEM education, inspiring them to appreciate that all students have the talent and ability to become successful STEM leaders by bridging the gap of learning opportunities while reshaping the perception of STEM professionals, creating meaningful experiences through insightful conversations and hands-on curriculum, and connecting students with professionals across Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math industries.
STEM Generation runs 3 programs to help students in underserved communities learn about STEM and develop crucial STEM skills.
Our largest, most impactful program is called Diverse STEM Stories and is a 1 hour, virtual program, in which STEM professionals, share their journey towards becoming a successful STEM professional.
The second program consists of providing fully donated hands-on STEM activity kits to students. All materials are provided, as well as lessons, teacher plans, assessments, professional development for educators, and ongoing support.
The third and final program is helping schools organize and run Science & Engineering Fairs. Our partner schools and districts receive all the tools needed to successfully run a Science & Engineering Fair. We also provide students with basic fair materials, as well as, project materials, ensuring all students have the necessary tools to participate.
