Millions of people worldwide are left immobile by an amputation because they don’t have access to prosthetic care. ROMP is leading a global fight to make the lack of a prosthesis a footnote in history, like surgery without anesthesia.

Background Statement
ROMP operates fully-integrated prosthetics clinics in Guatemala and Ecuador, using 95% recycled components. We accompany our most vulnerable patients through mobile and community-based rehabilitation.
ROMP is a US-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with chapters in Guatemala and Ecuador. Each chapter is run by a Country Director, responsible for all ROMP operations in their country.
