Stable Housing
Safe, supportive transitional housing provides a foundation to build routines, save money, and work toward independent living.
Employment Support/ Workforce Development
Job readiness training, paid work experience, pre-employment workshops, and connections to second-chance employers help participants strengthen their skills and pursue meaningful employment.
Mental Health & Wellness
Connections to counseling, addiction recovery resources, peer support, and trauma-informed care help participants prioritize their well-being and build a support network.
Family & Community Rebuilding
Opportunities to strengthen relationships, rebuild trust, and connect with others support a sense of belonging within families and the broader community.
Food Security
Through our partnership with Weld Food Bank and mobile food distributions, we help individuals and families access nutritious food, meet immediate needs, and focus on their next steps.
