RezilientKidz is an educational non-profit that brings together community leaders and family advocates to direct resources and energy into strengthening families. Our premier program, Raising Highly Capable Kids (RHCK) is a 13-week evidence-based parenting program developed to build stronger families by empowering parents with the confidence, tools, and skills they need to raise healthy, caring, and responsible children.
Since its launch in 2011, RezilientKidz has implemented the program in more than 313 communities across 39 states, training over 44,000 parents and equipping them with the tools they need to raise their children to flourish. Looking forward, RezilientKidz expects to have trained more than 50,000 parents nationwide by the end of 2025.

RezilientKidz began in 2011 when an elementary school principal in Santa Ana, California, reached out to community leaders for help. Rising poverty, gang violence, drugs, and other high-risk behaviors were impacting the education and well-being of the city’s children. The city’s youth were being lost. Parents and leaders were desperate for long-term solutions.
Our founding RezilientKidz Director helped assemble a local coalition who would strategize and respond to this need. This effort led to the founding of the non-profit educational organization RezilientKidz, and the development of our premier parenting program, Raising Highly Capable Kids. This program, along with strong community support, brought powerful transformation in the city of Santa Ana, and now has transformed hundreds communities in 39 states across the nation. This proven model continues to be successful in underserved communities nationwide.
