Rainbow Preschool is proud to have recently received a Level 5 quality rating in Colorado Shines! We now want to attract and retain professional and qualified staff and pay them a wage that reflects these high standards. Rainbow, Rockies and Rascals is also currently raising funds to remodel the back shed into affordable housing for staff!
Rainbow, Rascals and Rockies enriches the lives of over 110 families in Telluride and the surrounding areas by providing high quality, loving and enriching educational and recreational experiences for young children!
The mission of Rascals Toddler Program, Rainbow Preschool and Rockies After School Program and Summer Camp is to provide exceptional early childhood education and recreation programs in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment which enhances our community by developing happy, confident and well-adjusted children.
Rainbow Preschool was established in 1972 and is the first and oldest preschool in Telluride. Over the years, Rainbow has grown in programs and numbers. Rainbow added the Rascals Toddler Program and Rockies After School Program and Summer Camp and now services over 110 families in San Miguel County each year!
