$17,500 Goal

REDi Corporation, thanks to numerous donors, has filled the gap necessary to acquire the furniture for our 50 unit apartment complex under development to serve the chronically homeless. We anticipate lease up to start in January 2023. We are now raising funds to to provide for bedding, towels, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware and all necessary supplies to outfit the apartments. The cost is $300.00 per unit. In addition we want to provide each household with a $50.00 grocery gift card to get started.  Please consider making a donation to help the previously homeless new resident get started.

Testimonials

"I have lived here at REDI V for almost 16 years now. My apartment is my home and my neighbors are
like family. We have a wonderful Service Coordinator who comes and helps with paper work and also
plans activities for us to enjoy together in our great community room. The property provides gifts for
each resident at the holidays and a large BBQ and meal at 4 th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas that I
look forward to each year. The REDIs are unique because they are a community instead of just an
apartment building. As neighbors we spend time together, and it makes you feel like you are not alone.
The management cares about the fact that we have mental illness and need extra support. If it weren't
for the REDI's I might be on the streets. They make our rent affordable, and I'm so grateful to be living
here."
