Founded on compassion and purpose, we serve individuals and families facing hardship — including those impacted by homelessness, hunger, chronic illness, mental health struggles, and economic instability.

Through our diverse community initiatives and fundraisers — such as Kristi’s Pashen Unity Fund (chronic illness support), Let’s Heal Together (mental health), V.E.T.E.R.A.N. (veteran and family support), and Kings Matter (men’s empowerment) — we provide resources, relief, and empowerment programs designed to help people heal and rise again.

💖 Kristi’s Pashen Unity Fund provides compassion and relief for individuals and families facing chronic illness, honoring the legacies of loved ones and ensuring no one endures their journey alone.

🧠 Let’s Heal Together promotes emotional wellness and breaks the stigma surrounding mental health by creating safe spaces and providing access to healing resources and peer support.

🪖 V.E.T.E.R.A.N. (Victory Everyday That Everyone Rises And Wins) uplifts veterans and their families through advocacy, recognition, and resources that honor their service and help them thrive beyond duty.

⭐ Sterling’s All-Stars inspires youth empowerment through mentorship, education, and leadership development—encouraging the next generation to dream big, rise strong, and give back.

💪 Your Fight Is Our Fight stands beside individuals battling health challenges, providing emotional, financial, and community support to remind them they are never alone in their fight.

🎨 Funky U’s Youth nurtures creativity and individuality through arts, dance, and mentorship, helping young people build confidence, character, and cultural pride.

👑 King’s Matter builds a community of healing and growth for men—offering support, brotherhood, and empowerment while reshaping the narrative of strength and vulnerability.

🌸 W.O.M.A.N. (Women’s Outreach, Motivation, Advocacy & Nurturing) uplifts women through empowerment, education, and sisterhood—helping them heal, rebuild, and rise into their power.

🐾 The Jungle Bundle supports animal care, rescue, and conservation initiatives. By protecting wildlife and promoting environmental awareness, we inspire communities to preserve the planet and all who inhabit it.

🌿 The Lifeline Fundraiser is dedicated to suicide prevention and mental wellness outreach. Through education, awareness, and direct support programs, it offers hope, resources, and a lifeline to those in crisis.

Background Statement

The Premier Foundation Inc. was established to meet the growing needs of vulnerable individuals and families facing homelessness, hunger, chronic illness, and mental health challenges. Founded in Colorado, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization was created from lived experience, compassion, and a desire to rebuild communities through hope, healing, and opportunity.

What began as a small community outreach effort has grown into a multifaceted organization providing direct support services, empowerment programs, and relief initiatives across several populations. Our work addresses the social and economic barriers that prevent individuals from achieving stability and self-sufficiency.
