Pax Fauna exists to bring about a non-violent grassroots mass movement for animals. By conducting cutting edge research-backed political campaigns, we can make the movement smarter, louder, and more collaborative than ever.

New Strategies

The time is ripe for a mass movement to seize the narrative about factory farming. We’re expanding the movement’s capacity for taking debates about the ethics of factory farming into public consciousness. 

New Messaging

We're combining modern best practices in political narrative with our own focus groups and testing to develop a new, more persuasive story about animal freedom.

New Ways of Organizing

We’re bringing community organizing for animals into the 21st century with everything from new digital tools (like Pro-Animal Future's custom-built organizing app, Stampede) to using voter bloc organizing and electing pro-animal candidates to public office. 

Our Approach is Different

• We support our sister organization, Pro-Animal Future, in running grassroots pro-animal ballot initiatives in Colorado and beyond
• We focus on making animal rights a movement that everyone, regardless of dietary choices, can be a part of
• We support local activists in starting Pro-Animal Future chapters in their cities 
• We focus on building long-term political power in the regions we work in
• We take time for deep research and leadership development before launching campaigns
