Why Paragon Behavioral Health Connections?
The traditional mental health system is broken—defined by rigid clinics and long waits. Paragon was built to be a modern, disruptive alternative.
Paragon's mission is to positively impact individuals and families in Colorado by providing holistic community-based services, including in-home mental health and substance use treatment through innovative methods, technology platforms, and evidence-based interventions. Through this model, our clients avoid costly, ineffective emergency or inpatient visits that don't address the client and family's underlying need

Paragon services are for individuals and families needing more comprehensive services than routine weekly individual therapy. Our services include a comprehensive plan to support youth and adults in their home or the community. We work with the whole family to provide comprehensive support. The set of services provided to a family are based on initial assessments and needs of the family, addressing care management needs, the individual family members' treatment needs, and the functioning of the family system. Clinical services include individual mental health and substance use treatment interventions, trauma interventions, and family therapy. Other family supports that are delivered may include care management, respite services, parent coaching, recovery supports and skill building. Service intensity will be tailored to the needs of the family or individual, however, it is expected the families requiring this level of service will generally benefit from 6-10 contacts a week.
Paragon uses a team-based model of care, meaning that a few team members may be assigned to support individuals and families in accessing food, transportation, childcare, or other resources, in addition to a clinical therapist. If you are in a crisis, a rapid plan will be developed to support you and your family in stabilizing the situation.
