The OWN Project removes barriers to pelvic health and wellness care so women at every stage of life can thrive. We fund high-quality pelvic floor therapy and doula services for those who couldn't otherwise afford them.
The OWN Project was founded in Denver to close a gap its founders saw every day: too many women who needed pelvic floor therapy and doula care simply couldn't access it or afford it. Women's health has long been underfunded and underserved — 1 in 3 women experience pelvic floor dysfunction, and many women are taught that pain or pelvic floor symptoms are "normal." We believe holistic healthcare shouldn't be a luxury.
