The Apex Park and Recreation District Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose purpose is to support Apex Park and Recreation District’s efforts to deliver quality community recreation.
This is achieved through the efforts of a volunteer board of up to 17 members — Civic and business leaders with diverse backgrounds and a strong tradition of community service.
Throughout its history, Foundation members and friends have dedicated their time, talent and resources to help Apex Park and Recreation District expand and improve its facilities and programs.
Over the years, the Foundation has completed a wide range of projects—building park pavilions and playgrounds, purchasing equipment for programs, helping meet transportation needs for youth and seniors, renovating facilities, starting a memorial tree program, and much more.
