Milestone Community Wellness

Milestone Community Wellness offers peer driven behavioral health services, with a focus on providing support to the justice-involved in our communities. We promote whole-person wellness, harm reduction strategies, and peer-guided reentry and linkage to care, by offering counseling, peer mentorship, substance abuse treatments, life skills groups, and a number of other pro social activities. Founded in 2022, Milestone Community Wellness is a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in North Eastern Colorado. We are a licensed behavioral health entity (BHE) providing outpatient therapy and recovery support services. We remain dedicated to the ethos of peer-run, peer-driven services.

Our main fundraising goal:  Raise the  money to  purchase a passenger van to transport groups of clients to and from various facilities and locations to our offices or activities. As many of our clients reside in facilities often they are often unable to drive as a condition of their program, this van would allow us the freedom to transport larger groups in one trip to treatment or group activities
