Middle Park Medical Foundation

We are a rural foundation that has been volunteer-run for 32 years, with a focus on improving healthcare sustainability in our local community. We have an ambitious vision for our philanthropic role, which has led to increased donor interest in supporting local healthcare sustainability initiatives.

Currently, we have two ongoing capital campaigns. The first campaign is directed toward assisting in the construction of a medical campus in Fraser, CO. The second is aimed at remodeling a much-needed public gymnasium in Kremmling, CO. Both projects aim to reduce barriers to healthcare and improve the overall health and well-being of our community. In addition to those, we campaign and donate to Middle Park Health for advancements in facilities and services, scholarships for our community, and an employee assistance fund to help MPH employees who are blindsided by financial troubles.

We firmly believe in the power of collaboration and are committed to working together as one Grand County Community to achieve a better life for all of us. A donation to MPMF this Colorado Gives Day strengthens the fabric of our health, well-being, and community. 

Recent Impact

• $120,431.37 - Donated to Middle Park Health for equipment and service upgrades, including a wound care chair, EKGs, hematology analyzer, lead aprons, and more; 
• $68,000 – Donated to Middle Park Health -Extended Care, in collaboration with an anonymous donor to upgrade the extended care unit in Kremmling;
• $38,600.00 - Scholarships awarded to Grand County high school students, Middle Park Health employees, and Grand County community members;
• $11,430.48 - Donated to Middle Park Health employees who are experiencing hard financial times due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances that require an urgent need for financial assistance.
