Lutheran Campus Ministry at Colorado State University

A nonprofit organization

$2,202 raised by 20 donors

This vibrant ministry does not happen without your special gifts to Lutheran Campus Ministry in Fort Collins. 80% of our little $140,000 budget is covered through the greater Church, sustaining supporters, building use, and donations from our worshipping community.  We give thanks to God for this dependable annual support and we thank you if you are already contributing to this 80% of the budget!

This means that we rely on individual gifts for 20% of our budget, or about $28,000. Be a part of the 20% that help us fully fund the ministry! Your support helps young adults during a major time of identity crisis… so we can uncover our identity as children of God proclaiming the love of Jesus and working for healing in the world.

Mission

We walk with young adults (especially college students) during a major transitional time when identities are discovered, questioned, and challenged... and we recall our identity as children of God!

Background Statement

All are welcome into the life of the LuMin/Fort Collins Community. Lutheran Campus Ministry in Fort Collins works to recognize, encourage, and walk with young adults. We work to change systems, policies, and perceptions for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, ages, ethnic backgrounds, classes, citizenship statuses, and anyone else who has been disenfranchised or marginalized. We do this in our own community, on the campuses we serve, and out in the world. We are people of the resurrected Christ proclaiming love and working toward healing.
