Longmont Latinx Voices

A nonprofit organization

At LLV we strive to provide scholarships through cultural fundraisers that expand educational and extracurricular opportunities for Latinx youth in the St. Vrain Valley School District, and extracurricular opportunities for all youth in Longmont.

Our vision is to close the opportunity gap by expanding access to education, extracurricular activities, and civic participation for youth in our community.

We empower Latinx youth in our community by opening doors to educational and enrichment opportunities. We do this by providing scholarships to Latinx high school seniors in the St. Vrain Valley School District, helping them continue their education at a two-year college, four-year university, or trade school. Additionally, we award scholarships to youth who live within the city limits of Longmont, giving every child the chance to explore their passions through extracurricular activities. By helping cover the cost of registration fees, equipment, and uniforms, we strive to remove financial barriers and create a community where every young person can participate, belong, and shine.

Mission

At Longmont Latinx Voices, our mission is to close the opportunity gap for underserved youth by expanding access to education, extracurricular activities, and civic engagement. We believe every young person deserves the chance to thrive — to discover their passions, reach their potential, and give back to their community.
