At our core, the Lone Tree Arts Center operates in a hybrid model – producing award-winning theatrical events and presenting nationally-recognized artists. In the 14 years we have existed as an organization, we have established a reputation for remarkable arts programming, gaining audience and critical acclaim alongside awards such as multiple Colorado Theatre Guild Henry Awards, the Denver Mayor’s Award for Excellence in the Arts, and the SCFD Rex Morgan Award for Innovative Programming.
A Dedication to Accessibility
In addition to a reputation for excellence, we have also established a reputation for offering programs designed to provide powerful arts experiences for anyone wishing to participate. From sensory inclusive performances, classes and events for those needing relaxed environments, to workshops for people experiencing early memory loss and their caregivers, the Lone Tree Arts Center is place that welcomes all people.
The mission of the Lone Tree Arts Center is to produce and present remarkable professional arts experiences; prioritize the patron experience; create arts engagement opportunities for children, seniors, and other underserved communities; and place high value on responsible fiscal stewardship.
Thanks to a bond approved by Lone Tree residents, the Lone Tree Arts Center was built as a place where the community could gather to experience the life-changing power of the arts. The Lone Tree Arts Center Fund, a nonprofit organization, was established in 2017 to provide support to the Arts Center as a municipal organization.
