Levi Legacy

Levi’s Legacy was founded in loving memory of Levi Robert Herman to support families affected by congenital heart defects (CHDs). thelevilegacy.org+1 The organization’s mission is to “herd” around these families — offering emotional, community, and financial support as they navigate the challenges of diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care. 

Through efforts such as monthly care packages, grants to help families with hospital-related costs, holiday toy drives, and staff appreciation for medical caregivers — as well as fundraising events like galas and community outings — Levi’s Legacy strives to lighten the burden of CHD and show families that they are not alone. 

In addition, the organization funds medical research at the Children's Hospital Colorado Heart Institute, supporting studies aimed at improving treatments and outcomes for children with heart defects. 

Ultimately, Levi’s Legacy is about community, compassion, and hope — providing practical help and a network of support so that families facing CHD can find strength and solidarity when they need it most.
