LESW Case Consulting is launching with a bold and essential mission: to provide skilled, trauma-informed legal support and advocacy for children involved in complex juvenile justice systems. As a legally educated social worker with years of experience in both child welfare and advocacy, I am stepping into this work full time to ensure that young people are represented with both expertise and heart. To do this well—and sustainably—we aim to raise $150,000–$175,000 in our first year. This budget will cover the full-time salary of the founder (Tricia Denniger), who provides direct representation and leads all programmatic work, as well as essential infrastructure like a donor management system, website, outreach materials, and a small launch campaign. Every dollar raised will help build a strong foundation rooted in integrity, transparency, and a belief that child representation done well can change lives.
At LESW Case Consulting, our mission is to enhance child representation by integrating skilled social workers into the support network of every Guardian ad Litem in the Denver area. We believe that the collaboration between children's lawyers and social workers forms a powerful legal team dedicated to ensuring that every child receives the care, attention, and advocacy they truly deserve.
LESW is a nonprofit case consulting organization dedicated to ensuring effective child representation. We focus on supporting Guardians ad Litem (GALs) in the Denver metro area, who often feel overwhelmed and overworked when confronting the complex family dynamics involved in their cases. LESW aims to provide the necessary support to help them succeed.
With a strong background in law and hands-on experience, I am well-positioned to be a valuable partner in this effort. For the past three years, I served as a case consultant for the state, gaining significant insight into our vibrant local communities.
LESW stands for Legally Educated Social Worker, which reflects my identity and my vision for my business as it grows. I believe every GAL should benefit from a social worker on their team. At LESW, we prioritize exceptional child representation.
