At Leaf411, our mission is to tackle healthcare inequality by providing cannabis education from cannabis trained Registered Nurses to the consumer at no cost via the nation's first, FREE cannabis-trained nurse hotline. Leaf411 was built on the belief that affordability and accessibility to professional medical advice should never be barriers to using cannabis safely and effectively. To further this mission, Leaf411 has created additional programs focused on community education and product affordability, creating partnerships that connect cannabis industry leaders and diverse community organizations across the country for social good.
2018: A Public Good: Leaf411 becomes a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. 2019: Compliance: Leaf411 received a statement of compliance from Colorado's Marijuana Enforcement Division after reviewing Leaf411's business model. October 2019: Leaf411 launches the first program, cannabis nurse hotline. 2020: COVID: The pandemic doubled our hotline call volume and grew our membership into additional states. Q2 2020: New Programs: Leaf411 created 2 additional programs, The Community Outreach program where we host the Free virtual Leaf Learning Series and launched the Affordability Program to assist families in need with free or low cost medicine. 2021: Leaf411 calls and chats continue to soar with over 500+ per month! Additional services added for member benefits and Leaf411's programming continues to evolve.
