Launch Network, works toward the mission of Fueling Equity in Public Education by interrupting power dynamics, redefining the role of educator, increasing family capacity and intentionally assessing practices, systems, policies, and messages that exclude, minimize, or overlook the experiences and needs of those historically oppressed. To disrupt traditional power dynamics found in schools, the antiquated concept of who is qualified to “teach” needs to expand. Launch recognizes the family and community as the first educators of children and the power that that alone holds. By leveraging and combining that power with professional development opportunities, knowledge of and equal access to resources and services, families can more effectively advocate for their family’s wellbeing, and the family becomes the director of their child’s education.

We launch a network of better for our most underserved kids and the people who serve them because they want it, they deserve it, and they know it’s possible.
We believe learning is beautiful. We believe every kid, every parent, every teacher, and every community member has unlimited capacity to launch their potential and realize transformational learning, together. We also know our system was designed in a way where only 1 in 5 underserved kids will actually launch their potential, which has been the same year after year after year, no matter where they live. That’s weird and it’s no one’s fault. Thankfully, we know BETTER is POSSIBLE.
At Launch, we partner with educators who are ready to push the boundaries of possibility in service to our kids, our families, our communities, and ourselves. With our partners, we choose to reverse the flow in education from a gap to success, from stress to wellbeing, and from disunity to unity. We embrace this path of possibility and offer resources from out of this world for anyone choosing to seek better.
We realize our vision with 3 simple actions:
1. Trust - We know success is self-created and we trust kids, families, and teachers to co-create better TOGETHER. Our executive coaches join classroom teams and create the space and time kids, parents and teachers need to see their reality and make it better.
2. Empowerment - We know choice matters and we empower kids, parents and teachers to reach their dreams by connecting them with wellbeing experiences and passion-aligned learning. We see stress levels go down, reflection go up, and joy spread more easily.
3. Freedom - We know connection to land is critical to long term impact and we partner with local businesses to provide housing solutions that provide for families while also ensuring "alternative fuel funding." Our land investments create renewable rent loops that provide consistent cash flow for all coaches and programming FOREVER.
