Since its initial season in 1998, Laudamus Chamber Chorale has built a reputation for choral excellence by providing outstanding and inspiring concerts each year to audiences on the Front Range of Colorado. We perform repertoire from Gregorian Chant to contemporary choral works, gospel, American folk, popular songs arranged for choir, and of course, great classical works for chorus and orchestra. Our performances incorporate high-quality vocalists and instrumentalists with distinct music programs on multiple dates and in separate locations around the Fort Collins/Loveland area. Laudamus consists of some 60 members who gather from various points along the Colorado’s Front Range. Membership includes singers with a rich background in choral music, including professional and semi-professional singers, music teachers, college students, professionals and retirees. Laudamus singers audition every other year to maintain a place in the ensemble. We rehearse at University Center for the Arts in Fort Collins on Monday evenings. Laudamus Chamber Chorale desires to play vital role in our area’s cultural landscape and is dedicated to supporting choral musicians, and promoting and performing the very best of choral music with spirit, passion, and joy!
