We have a financial aid program we call our Pay it Forward Program, which helps pay for patients' acupuncture sessions if they can't afford the regular $30. We are a small business with a passion to improve peoples' health no matter how much money they have. Co-founders and acupuncturists, Jamie and Crystal dreamt up the clinic in 2016 and opened their doors in June of 2018 as a 501c3 in Lakewood, Colorado. Besides offering low cost acupuncture and holistic treatments, Lakewood Community Acupuncture donates a portion of our profits from services to different local nonprofits throughout the year. Some of the fellow nonprofits they have supported include the Jeffco Action Center, Jeffco Library Foundation, Art from Ashes, Adaptive Adventures, Jefferson Center for Mental Health, Denver Urban Gardens, Water for People, Denver Police Orphan's Fund, the Family Tree, Invest in Kids and many more. They also provide discounted treatment days and donate free sessions to show appreciation to nurses, teachers, fire fighters and other community workers.
