My friend introduced me to Kriya yoga since then I am religiously doing it. It helped me a lot to normalise my life The Monks at Kriya yoga Aashram were very helpful to guide me helped me I participated in Sunday Religious Discourses which is an eye opener and helped me to understand life all about. I support the Aashram and it is a great place to learn and practice yoga."

"The Temple of Peace has helped me become more peaceful, more loving, and be happier in life in general. The lineage and teachers help to cultivate strength, resilience, and endurance, which is especially important in these challenging times. I see the positive change in myself as I practice Kriya yoga meditation in both subtle and profound ways. I can also see positive changes in family and friends that I interact with, even though they don't have the same practice. Kriya yoga is an internal practice that also promotes healing of the external world, and helps us to realize that these are different aspects of the same thing. There is simply no better use of time, since it positively affects every aspect of life, and the lives of those around us. I would encourage anyone of any faith to visit the ashram and speak with the residents and practitioners. By just stepping into the Temple of Peace, you will feel how it lives up to its name."

"Before I found Kriya Yoga Temple of Peace in Lakewood, I was searching for an inclusive place where I could find friendship as well as growth; both in my faith and on a personal level. I have been a part of many churches, yoga studios and other close-knit groups, but I never found the authentic connection I was looking for.
When I found the Temple of Peace, I immediately knew it was the place that would take me on the journey of meditation and wisdom I had been seeking. I was welcomed with joyous and loving hearts during my initiation and have felt at home ever since. The Temple of Peace is extremely inclusive and welcomes people from all walks of life. I have learned an immense amount about all religions and cultures since I have been a part of the Temple. The Temple is also the place I choose to spend my time giving back, whether it is cooking for the community or helping with projects.
Temple of Peace has helped me find my truths while being surrounded by people who love and support me without judgement. The most important thing I have learned from Kriya is that in all situations, LOVE is the answer. I genuinely hope that every person on this planet is able to find a place like I have that serves as their sanctuary while spreading the message of love and peace around the world. It is with my highest recommendation that Kriya Yoga Temple of Peace is approved to be included in Colorado Gives. Any generosity that is given to the Temple is always returned back in the form of love to our community. Thank you for your consideration and please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions."

"The Temple of Peace is a sanctuary of love and community. I knew the authenticity of the welcome I received from the resident monks and other community members as soon as I attended my first talk. To find such an oasis here, in Denver, where I can meditate daily…it truly is a gift and I am eternally grateful."
